Hi, this is mostly a question for account management and strategists. I’ve been in advertising for a while, and am back in this market after working in others. The main thing I’m noticing that is driving me bonkers is the lack of client talent here. Across the portfolio I oversee it is very rare to get a client that understands how to brief an agency partner (creative or media or pr); there is limited capacity to really focus on objectives other than tactical KPIs.
Is this common/any advice?

Any firm have 1800 or less client billable requirement?

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .

Lay offs or salary cut or stop increment.

Really been intrigued by TAS/M&A, however, and had a few convos with a senior in TAS i know at the firm. It’s closer to what I studied, but don’t know how to make the jump as it seems an internal transfer could take 6+months/senior rank and a lot of convincing.
