I just came back to work after taking a year off for maternity leave. I was an attending physician for nearly 10 years before having my baby so I thought coming back would be a breeze. But honestly, I'm struggling. I can't seem to think as fast as I used to, and I'm so tired all the time. I'm also worried that I'm not as thorough as I once was. Her status in the US is currently complicated and she doesn’t have a green card(tho she’s working on it), my wife(her daughter) is American.

I want to report this to the FBI’s elder fraud department but I don’t want to complicate her situation even more.

Does anyone know if criminal stuff like this and immigration related things are separated?
