I got mail from OKTA, I've filled laptop shipping details as well.
But along with that there are many more notifications like pf, nominee etc. Some needs to be send hard copy to Bangalore.
My question is..do I need so send it before joining or after joining?

I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks

They might have hired too many data engineers even paying a huge amount. That's the measure to cut costs. Have always recommended not to join TW since of so many internal changes going on .

Don't join Through works as Data Engineer. They hired so many data engineers now they don't have much projects. They are silently layoffs people.

I am not sure of the reason but the new CEO joined TW this week. I heard rumors about goals of cost cutting etc etc....not sure if that has got to do anything with your offers revoked but this is bizarre. There are many things going on at TW which is concerning for us
Leave policy is changing....each last month of the quarter you can't take unplanned leave if in billable role without your client managers approval. This is to make sure the quarterly results don't get affected. This was a company that gives unlimited sick leaves.
No budget for community activities this year.
Cost cutting, appraisal cycle moved from April to Nov,
Having a performance cycle with 5 ratings, until 2021 there was only peer feedback for appraisal, then came lumos with 3 ratings....now it is 5.
Please look for other offers ASAP - you still have a week.
