I just saw a job posting for an Executive Vice President of Financial Operations that only requires two years of experience and pays $80k. The industry has gotten so desperate to attract talent without actually paying them market rate. It’s completely ruining the hierarchy. Does anyone else find this title inflation incredibly cheap, or do you actually care about the business card?

When to sell at a loss?

I’m 26 and have a fair chunk of my NW tied to Cloudflare - a tech stock that I believe has the opportunity to 3x and become a $100b+ company over the long term. Similarly, I have a lot in cloud computing etf - WCLD.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
