Hi Capgemini people, Till 15th November we have to declare our vaccination status so that they can plan back to office for the employees who are fully vaccinated or having report of not having covid. I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

If they ask for them, they will ask/ they will do a background check, sometimes too, but they’ll let you know and have you sign for permission to do so.
But also, I’ve gotten gigs after just a phone call with the recruiter and that’s all. But that’s less common.
I’ve had to go through background checks that include confirming calls with all previous employers, proof of college degree for a three week gig and a very respectable agency. So yes they do and they might.
I once had similar from Meta for an Art Director role for a temporary project and they also asked for a college degree, which is completely absurd as the CEO doesn’t have a college degree. 🤦

I’ve gotten background checks several times. I think they just check criminal usually. I’ve listed references a few times but they don’t reach out.
Depends on the place. Client side probably will. Agency won’t. And I know this because I’ve seen so many people hired for freelance who really shouldn’t have been
