Firing a client-best strategy? Does anyone have a template letter for diplomatically firing an unwanted client?

I am a Client Executive with 7 years in the industry and 5 years of HR experience prior to that. I make 60k, am I underpaid?

Are all big 4s in India the same? Moved from US to India and the work in one of the Big4s for consulting is so bad!! Unstructured, lack of traction, superficial work done.. 🙄🙄 how does any work get done? The project didn’t achieve targets last yr and they’re still making same mistakes this year..🤦‍♂️

Partners, have you ever been recruited by a client and turn it down? If so, were there any repercussions? I am one year from partner and being recruited by a client...looking like they will move quickly on an offer after initial interviews and I’m worried that if I turn it down it’ll be tough to sell back to that client.

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

Originally from Italy, I've been out to anyone at my former jobs in Europe without ever worrying about the reactions of my coworkers. Now I'm Asia and just started a new job, but one of my colleagues (also an expat) made a very weird statement about gay people having more chances of developing cancers (?!?!?), so I feel a bit skeptical about talking about my private life... I was wondering if anybody on here has warned their replacement to basically run and not take the job?? I’m leaving my job next Friday due to a toxic boss that was hired three years ago. I have a week and a half to train my replacement who I really happen to like and I really feel like I need to warn her not to put down roots. I am on the brink of quitting my consulting gig. I had a good record up until this project, where I really struggle and have a very disengaged team and highly political and bureaucratic client.
