I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

Possibly but don't. If you get a better offer leave ASAP
Thank you!
I would only be concerned about delaying if you think you’ll come back to your current firm. If not, then just leave whenever and they’ll figure it out
If it’s at another firm, don’t delay just take it. Your audit team will figure things out and you should not feel bad about chasing what’s best for you. If it’s at your same firm, I would imagine the audit and FDD partners have discussed your transition timeline already.
Thank you!
Just accept the offer and provide your respective notice period. You're not the first person to leave that firm and won't be the last. At worst it's a minor inconvenience to restaff the work on most occasions.
What? Take it and run now
