I landed two freelance interviews that went from remote to not only on-site one is everyday. The second one is on-site 4 days. The interview is also on-site. The roles are paying good & the commute isn’t far. I already have a remote role. I was trying to finesse a second one. Total bamboozled when my phone finally rings. Remote is another way to get good candidates. 😩

For interview HR was created a new ep number
But i already have another epn number with different email address,
So i couldn't register with new ep number
What should I do ?
Please advise, as per the mail if I didn't upload the details before 48 hrs HR will not move forward my account with next step

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity.
