I love how in public and at a high level, people (specifically juniors) glorify consulting as “sexy” and “cutting edge” when in reality you just hold a bag of shit and have to make sure you evenly split it amongst the juniors, while also upselling premium shit to undo whatever the previous shit salesman did.

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
