After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?

I set boundaries while interviewing for my current role. I learned that, when interviewing, you’re just as much interviewing the company and hiring manager as much as they are you. Also, I was tired of the BS. There was no real urgency in leaving my previous role, other than being overlooked and under compensated. But, I was willing to deal with that until I found the right role.
I was upfront about my priorities and that I wasn’t going to apologize for being a working parent. My manager understood. And, so far, it’s been good. Life is too short to deal with unnecessary BS.
If the boundaries that are set are well articulated during the interview and the hiring manager doesn’t understand, then it’s best you don’t work for them.
I’ve tried being upfront, and let’s just say the silence was LOUD. Companies love ‘work-life balance’ until you actually ask for it.
Depends what firm / role you are in. You are paid well to perform roles which may encroach on time outside a “9-5”, if you don’t like that reconsider if this is the career/industry for you.
Depends on the situation I am in and how much I need that job. If you are in dire need, I would probably just put a tack in that. However if you are in a position where you can vet and wait, might as well find out now then later down the road with a company.

I think it serves someone well to be firm about some things in an interview, it shows you're not a pushover. But it should be things that matter, and it should be a reasonable position. Announcing that you're setting a boundary without a lot of context may not go over well. And talking about vague terms like work/life balance may also misfire. But showing some spine in response to something meaningful can be helpful.
I honestly think that being too honest would backfire in your interview. I really don't think that bosses respect boundaries the way they should and I feel l ike saying you aren't willing to stay late would look bad. I am sure there are some manages that respect it but definitely not all of them.
I'd say it depends on how in-demand your skill set is. If another candidate has about the same skill set as you AND says they're willing to work past 6pm, you can guess who they're going to hire. Make yourself stand out with diverse skills and a great personality and you'll have more bargaining power in all areas.
