I moved to a different city this Jan and Deloitte filed an amendment for the same. Received RFE and they responded. I am honestly concerned that it might get rejected, seeing how my RFE team usually handles stuff. In case my RFE gets rejected, should I immediately stop working from my current location and move to my previous location? I still have plenty of time on my h1b and I-94 is also valid till next year. I really need to be in my new location for personal reasons. What are my alternatives

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
