I need advice and ideas. I have 20+ years of experience and would like a new job, but I am having trouble finding a seque into a new area. Ideally I would like investigations or sonething similar. I am also concerned about age discrimination when moving to a new company. Thoughts?

What type of investigations? There's a niche area of law enforcement requests with the 3 major carriers. Privacy and Cybersecurity always are inundated with investigations.

I’m on the Board of entity A (volunteer basis) and I’ll have an interview for a legal counsel position at entity B. Entity A and B have a partnership such that me working for entity B will create conflict of interest. Should I disclose my relationship with entity A during the initial interview with entity B’s hiring manager? If so, what should I say?
