I have 4 yrs of total experience and recently earned my CISSP certification from ISC2 Along with that, I hold several other certifications including Certified in Cybersecurity, CompTIA, Microsoft SC-200,AZ-900. I've been working at the same company throughout my career and currently earning 8.2 LPA. I'm now looking to switch companies and would appreciate any insights on what amount of salary I can realistically expect or ask given my experience and certifications.

My fiancé and I both have the CSR card and Freedom Unlimited combo and love them. We are thinking of adding another card and we were considering the Amex Platinum (to diversity transfer partners) or likely a United card for lounge access since we live in Chicago.

Does anyone else have both CSR and Amex Platinum? Would you recommend?

I had quite the day the other day. Coustmer comes in and then ends up leaving with a grossed out look on his face just for him to put in a complaint about my appearance...he down right called me some nasty things for no reason. I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?
