It just feels weird handing your fate to a random person, someone that might not be qualified enough to evaluate your potential and all the sacrifices you’ve put into this process

That’s why the HBS interview approach is the best

He took resume to HR actual and said I’d hear from them. Haven’t heard anything week or so later.
