I purchased these Louboutin Cadrillas in Paris at Printemps in July 2019.

They have been the resoled with the proper red bottom rubber sole. I wore them a total of three times and only once outside. The other two times were in the office. Okay — diets & weight loss. What have you seen that actually works? I exercise almost daily but realize my portions and food intake aren’t perfect. I do not want to track cals or macros as that caused me to have an eating disorder. I have an OCD personality.

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. If anyone has any studies you could point me to, I’d love to see those as well! I’m 40 and my mom entered menopause at 41.

Anyone been able to work from Dubai for a UK/US firm and benefit from no taxes? I know if you are a US citizen you pay taxes where you are globally, but if you are British, then you only pay income tax on UK income - so if you live more than half the year abroad you are classed as non-domicile resident, but wanted to hear if anyone’s done this or heard about it?
