I really don’t understand my company’s work-from-office policy. I mostly work from home, but I still have to go into the office once a month. And when I’m there, it’s not like we’re having face-to-face meetings or collaborating in person. We just grab a desk, work on our own, finish up, and head back home. So what’s the point of going in at all? It just feels like extra commuting and a waste of time.
