I received a offer letter from X company so resigned my current organization and serving notice period, all are going smooth but Seven days prior to my last working day HR called me and said that i got RED in bgv process due to a closed civil case in 2021
I'm not sure how i got RED in bgv process due to this! Is it possible? If Yes! is there any impact on our employment?
Need your suggestion/clarification on this!!

My LWD in Wipro (my previous employer) was on 21 Aug, 2021. I was waiting to receive my outstanding due and experience certificate, as part of F&F, ever since. However, I received an email from the offboarding team today stating that my Final Settlement is on on hold due to security concerns (DLP: data leakage). How is this going to play out? And much longer will it take before my F&F process is completed and I get my outstanding due and my experience certificate? Pls advice.

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.
