I received an email from Barclays HR. The mail is not very clear, it says we will ask you to bring soft copies. It also says you will be asked to mail the listed documents. The mail talks about HireRight as well.It says this doesnt gurantee an offer.

1. Is this mail a good sign? The HR has npt done comp discussion. When will they role out offer?

2. Will I get a HireRight link or do I need to send docs over email to HR as he is not taking my call? Getting this mail before offer seems strange.

Will I ever get over my poverty mindset?

I grew up very poor. I get extreme anxiety and shame when I spend money above $20. Deep down I feel like I should scrounge and save every penny. I use bath towels that are 10 years old and threadbare cause I can't bring myself to buy a "luxury item" despite making oodles of money and have a ton saved and invested.
