I received mindtree offer letter with 60 days. Since my current notice period is 90 days, HR informed that they can extend the dates later and reissue the updated letter.
Is it the process of mindtree and is it okay to resign with this initial 60 days offer letter?

This upcoming year our school district is trying early release every Wednesday. I find it difficult to cover all the standards in a high school math class, and now I am concerned with having to modify/reduce our curriculum. I received offer form Mindtree and I have accepted too. They have given me joining date as 15th November. But in my current company they extended my lwd. I requested my spoc from Mindtree for extending my joining date by a week. I haven't heard anything from Mindtree after the mail and spoc is not attending my calls now.
Do anyone faced similar situation and do Mindtree is very stringent with extending joining date??

I had my technical interview in mindtree, when I got mail for technical round I got mail for submitting latest compensation and last three months salary slip.

I got selected in mindtree, hr discussion happened and we settled for 9.5 lpa + 50k joining bonus. Hr discussion happened around 8 days back, that time he said I'll get offer letter in one day.
