I recently got selected by Verizon for Experience Specialist, I got confirmation on July 18th and they said they’ll roll out the offer soon and the status of the application initially was in Recruiter Review and yesterday it changed to In Progress.
Any idea how long will it take for the offer to release. Its been nearly a month and I’m still waiting for the offer. HR team says they will share the offer soon and mailed also on the same.
Can anyone help on this and how is the WLB for PO’s ?

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
