Basic boundaries matter. So too does telling interviewers what they want to hear. Being asked this in an interview wouldn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling about working there, but I'd say "Yes of course!" just to keep from torpedoing my chances of getting the job.

Honestly, the “we all do it” line always feels like pressure dressed up as team spirit. Boundaries matter, even in healthcare. If leadership doesn’t respect that, it’s a no from me.
I would say, yes, of course! But that was surly inappropriate to ask, because legally one is entitled to a lunch break.
Yes boundaries matter. But so do labor laws.
I wouldn't mind skipping lunch, but does the company automatically take your lunch time off the clock for every day that you punch in. Because if it automatically come out of you work day, then you can't skip. So always ask

I would definitely ask them that if you are required to skip a lunch due to the work that needs to be done. Would you be compensated for your time? If they say no, then definitely I would personally not choose that company.

Usually not bothered.
I work in a dermatology office as a MOHS nurse and I only get lunch maybe once a week, out mornings routinely go into our afternoons. So breaks and full lunches are non excistant to our surgical team, the down time we have we are catching up on notes and phone calls
Schedule better
Don't worry. It will be few and far between, if at all for a non management position.
