1.l initially didn't ask for JB from any. Can do that in anyway now as they are offering it to others.
2. What should be considered as good range of package for my yrs of exp. 3. Tech stack should upgrade to be competitive in Market.

Total Direct Compensation: 1.05 cr (25 Lac RSU)

Joining Bonus: 10 Lac.

New Joiners RSU: 33 Lac

My small company was bought out by a corporation. During the acquisition process, the new HR team wants to demote my title from “manager” to “specialist” due to their company requirements.
