After 1st round, I got the response after I had lost hope :), more than a month they came back for 2nd round with MD. The round got rescheduled 3 times, to the point that I had to tell them that I am not available for 2-3 weeks and can let you know when I am back. After 3 weeks, I called and checked if position is still open; if yes, let me know we can schedule now. HR said yes yes, very much there and we were waiting for you. After that, again nothing happened for 3-4 weeks; to the point again I called one fine day to find that MD round is already scheduled day after without any communication or email or checking slots for my availability. :)). Anyways, the 2nd round finally happened.
So yes, Accenture really need to improve their Candidate Engagement. But as a candidate, if you are hopeful, there is no harm trying 1-2 times, text message or call.
Call there helpdesk and send mail candidate query some mail is there.

I also facing issues with same many HRs and Hiring Panels recently approx 5-6 companies Including Dell as well till no update from this companies i also sended follow up Mail and call but no response...so finally i also suggest Don't get hope from any HR even if you give best in interviews...be applying continuously
Accenture HRs never pick call. I have been selected for 2nd round of interview. Im getting automated emails to select a time slot, but still hr dont call or pick calls. I dont know what's their problem.

Bad behavior only changes when people and companies are called out for it publicly. Every day I see candidates coming to these anonymous forums and crying, whining about how they have not been treated well by HR, interviewers, headhunters & others but no one posts on Linkedin, no one names individuals who get away with this behavior.
"Oh no! But I will get blacklisted and seen as a trouble maker and I will not be hired" - if this is your mindset, then you acknowledge the imbalance of power in the job market. So, to all these folks - know your place and shut up and sit down and keep subjecting yourself to this behavior. Posting in anonymous forums will not change anything.
With due respect, it’s not about being unwilling to speak up it’s about survival in a deeply imbalanced system.
You say bad behavior changes only when called out publicly easy to say when you’re not the one facing blacklisting, rejection, or silent retaliation. Have you ever had to choose between speaking the truth and feeding your family? Probably not.
People post anonymously not because they’re weak, but because the system is designed to punish honesty. You think calling out HR, interviewers, or leaders by name on LinkedIn is bravery? In today’s job market, it’s career suicide. We’ve seen it happen. Doors close silently. Emails go unanswered. Background checks become witch hunts. All for daring to speak up.
Anonymous forums give people a place to be heard, to realize they’re not alone, to heal through shared experiences, and yes to warn others.
We’re not here to beg for change. We’re here to expose the truth even when the system demands our silence. And that, sir, is courage not COWARDICE .
This happens all the time at Accenture. They conduct interviews whenever they get a new project, and as soon as the openings are filled, they stop considering candidates who have already interviewed, regardless of how many rounds they have cleared. Many people end up waiting for an offer letter that never arrives.
This actually happened to me. I emailed every HR contact I could find, asking why they conducted interviews if they didn’t intend to select me. I explained that I was waiting for their offer letter. Eventually, they replied, saying there was a vacancy in Mumbai and that I could join if I was interested. I accepted the offer and ended up working there for over three years. Despite this, it was still a disappointing experience.
Same here received offer letter but discussed for revised offer letter as holding better pay offer but its being a month no responce on mail as well as on phone. Accenture HR are making all process hell..

Same I have given an interview for an accenuture and it has been a week without any update. I've been trying to contact the HR team daily, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. I also sent a follow-up email, though I’m not very hopeful about getting a reply. Could anyone suggest a better way to find out the status or outcome of my interview?
