I recently joined HCL two months ago, but there is a discrepancy in my BGV due to incorrect joining dates in the UAN service history of my previous employer. Bcz of this issue, my total years of experience do not match what is mentioned in my CV. I did not opt for PF to keep my inc non-taxable during the first year of employment, but I have supporting documents such as bank statements, payslips, and other relevant records. In such cases, does the BGV team terminate employees?

My ECD keeps changing our work before it goes to client and it's cost us making good work. Our books are suffering because he can't get his hands off the tools. Our books are only full of spec now.

What should I reasonably expect from a junior?

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.

I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
