A few days ago I was offered a role for a recruiter with a company. Benefits, PTO, pay is decent, enough to get me by. I accepted today because it was the final day to do so. I was then called by a recruiter for another company, in which they made me a better offer for a Generalist and I want to take this one. What do I do? I didn’t sign a contract, there’s no clause that states I need to take the position.

I have seven years' experience in executive search (based in APAC but have worked on global roles) and want to leave the industry for either an in-house talent role or a consulting firm. I haven't had much luck when I've applied for internal roles in the past. Do I have any chance at getting an in-house talent acquisition role, or is an executive search skill set just regarded as too weird/not the right fit for internal talent teams?
I’ve been tasked right off the bat with implementing Facebook Workplace as an engagement/communication tool. I looked it up and seems fairly easy, especially as a facebook user. But as with anything it can be a challenge to get employees to actually use/check it. So-- does anyone have experience with Facebook Workplace?
