While getting used to the work and tools in the first week, I was suddenly placed on temporary suspension without any prior feedback. The management hasn’t provided clarity, and I’m worried since they mentioned overstaffing. Will they terminate me, switch me to a new program, or offer an alternate role? I need advice from tech employees who have faced similar situations.
