I recently received an offer from ZS, and they sent me an email from IDfy for my background verification. However, I noticed that there's a 20-day overlap in my PF records between my first and second company. On the IDfy form, I only included details of the second company, stating that it was the only one I worked for. Will this cause my background verification to fail? Please help me.

Need your help 🐠 I feel like I‘m always sick (flue like symptoms ~2x per month). The doctors either just treat the symptoms or give me referral for a specialist for one or more symptoms, I feel like I‘m getting nowhere with that. I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?

I’ve been at a job a year and have what I would call a very toxic manager. When I first started they were very nasty to me making comments about my appearance, my character and other inappropriate and mean things. I let them know how this made me feel and they stopped however I continue to notice how manipulative and condescending they are. My mental health is at a low. We are about to be at our busy season but I want to leave so bad. Should I wait until after the busy season or leave asap?

If you are a manager how did you move to that level? It seems like a step that's out of my reach no matter how long I've worked at the company or how hard I work.

I am ready to transition my Salesmen to a base salary with commission to incentivize new hires & reward my long term guys. My industry is aftermarket auto parts. I am leaning towards a 2% commission but am flexible and just need help in figuring out salaries.

My observation is that it is hard for consulting partners to land the quality public or private board roles everyone naturally targets. Despite there being a significant amount of exceptional talent that could be deployed, there is a big bias against consultants. Everyone wants “operators,” but I feel every board could also benefit from one current or former consulting partner. But sadly, that’s not the way the external world looks at things...

During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.
