I relocated from the USA to Canada in October 2022, on a closed work permit. Until now, I haven't applied for Canadian PR due to lower CRS score. However, my score will improve after gaining 1 year of work experience in Canada.
My plan is to apply for: Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) and Express Entry (EE). I have completed WES and IELTS.
1. Is necessary to apply for both the OINP and EE? Or EE is sufficient?2. Are there immigration lawyers to review my application before submission?

When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. i had my canadian pr last year but didn’t do the landing since covid hit. the deadline passed of course and the immigration office reached out to check if i’m still interested and if so i should re-do a medical. assuming my medical goes through and my pr is processed and accepted again, does anyone know if landing is still a thing? my original plan was to do a landing and move after 2 years. is this still possible or does canada basically want you to move in a year or so after pr is granted?
