In an unrelated request..Someone outside of my team, shared an “org chart” with me that was “updated” last month, shows me and our digital mktg team reporting to an ops mgr/director, not my current boss. I’m pretty taken aback. I know a proposed org chart is not final. How do I approach this if my boss hasn’t mentioned it? Have any of you reported to an ops role like this?

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.
