I requested to take a week of PTO with my boss and he approved it last week or two ago. I also asked to take a additional one day as well which was also approved. I decided to next submit my two week resignation and give it directly to my boss. I wanted to make sure my PTO was approved before handing the 2 week notice. Basically the week of PTO would be the last week with company. The last official day he tells me payroll may deny it. I don't think that's right if it already was approved prior.

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. Before I shut it down for a lack of experience, I want to know if it's something that I can even do. It's a very very small company, not even 3 FTE. But they are looking for someone to come in, create a Handbook(I can do that), provide benefits, etc.

Is that difficult to implement? I can't imagine it being so, but I don't want to set myself up to fail.

A coworker at non-work HH said something antisemtic to me. Do I talk to him about it or should I tell my manager and HR? I'm nervous about retaliation because I've experienced it before when reporting something to HR.

I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. HR pulled me in to say a coworker complained about me talking about hit-lists, and they were now scared. HR wouldn't say who complained, so do I have a right to ask about the resolution to this?
