That's funny, but totally apt. Most of the crisis situations I've been subjected to are the result of someone screwing something up, or somebody wrongly believing they deserved everything yesterday. We're moving pixels around on spreadsheets. Relax people, no one is going to be swept overboard or have the coal mine collapse on them.

like

Hahahaha yes exactly!! People take this stuff sooooo seriously!

I do believe it's the latter most of the time. And in real ER, it's double the stress and urgency because:

1. It's a real emergency
2. We also have poor management

Oooof yeah that’s a double whammy!

Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. What is your approach?
