I started working at a regional firm in July 2024 after a long tenure at a big 4. I just received a competitive offer at a UHNW tax firm to join in November, after 10/15 busy season. I think I will accept. Do I tell my current firm now and give a long notice? Or wait till 10/15 to give my two weeks?

So spent the last 30 hours working through this trying to books with points. Still nada. Anybody else have luck?
