Yes. Unless you think they will exit soon. Boomers need to retire soon and could open a lot of opportunities if everyone is a boomer in the c suite

The whole company has a flex/hybrid policy, but finance is dictated by the CFOs decisions. I was brought on hybrid and told it would be permanent because of the company policy, but one day the CFO sent out a dept email telling everyone to be back in office everyday starting the next week
