I have a place in NYC and FL and planning to stay in my place in FL for a good 8-9 months. Is it fair to keep my job information the same and just declare to the IRS where I spend my tax year? My lease has language stating that unless you’re military or dead you can’t get out of your lease. Market rate is $750 higher than what I’m paying now, $1750 vs $2500. Anyone ever had luck pitching “if you let me out of my lease you stand to earn that much more from renting in this more expensive market?”

SPG app updated for me but not combination

Does anyone know the plan between the Chase Marriott card and the AMEX SPG?

I am about 100 nights away from reaching the lifetime grandfathered premier access, not sure if I can make it by year end. No longer on travel projects. Any tips? Any new updates from Marriott?

First post? Ok I will start. My SPG nights for 2018 dropped from 101 to 91 after the merger.

Having to call Marriott to apply a suite night award to an SPG hotel on a reservation you made before the merger and combining accounts proves to you how much is still SO WRONG with this merger.
