I generally write drafts on a computer, but I do use paper and pen to make notes. If I think of something, an idea for an article, or something I need to check, I'll just jot it down by hand. There is something to be said for pen on paper. By the time I open some inane notetaking app I will have forgotten the idea. Best to just get it down in ink.
By the time I open Notion or Notes, the idea’s evaporated. Pen and paper wins for speed and sanity every time.
Oh I'm a total weirdo that keeps a paper planner in addition to my work calendar. I need to see things written down in order to remember them. And I love the tactile feeling of writing things down. I still read paper books too.

I do a little pen and paper, but mostly computer still. The funny thing is, when I did finally pick up some paper, my hand was killing me! It had been so long since I had done that. And don’t get me started on how long I had to think to spell certain things, either.
Muscle memory: gone
I have to admit I don't, I have gone very digital. I do love a handwritten to do list because the action of writing it makes me remember
I love tech, but handwritten to-do lists are my anchor. They just hit differently for memory
I like to write all of my notes on paper and then eventually I’ll mock them up on my laptop. I find when I physically write it makes things stick better
There is something about the physical act of writing that makes it real
