What would you do?

Industry accountant with 5 YoE, can move into senior position with $100k base, or lateral move into big 4 as associate in assurance AWM.

Interested in capital markets, PE, investment...Senior role is unreleated to these industries while PA role could potentially open doors? Just would hate not getting that salary bump after I can finally start seeing some real money after 5 years.....

Also potential advisory role in regional firm but nothing concrete...

My offer was from the West region, but would like to relocate to NY office. Would asking for relocation before the start have any impact on my offer?
