How can I properly show my interest in a particular area of law? Here is the context: Lately it became very obvious that the company is about to go public when they hired a securities attorney as the new GC. She is great to work with and provided my with valuable feedbacks. But there is one problem: she is not involving me in any of the fun work. What can I do to show my interest and get to learn what she is doing?

How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid
