I think it's important to diversify your product offerings into a good, better, best, scenario because by allowing your products to be diversified, it gives your customers the best options to choose from and they will often choose the best options for them based on price and value.

By diversify do you mean offering different versions of one’s product but at various prices?

I don't disagree with that general concept. But I think there needs to be limits to how much diversification you provide. Steve Jobs always talked about this, if you give people too many choices they back out and don't make any choice, they don't purchase anything. Diversify but also focus, that's the key.

Thanks for the tip, Ashley. (Who is Ashley?)

Burnout is because you did something consistently for an extended period. You can do quick fixes like go on vacation, get some sleep, exercise more. But they may only help temporarily, depending on your level of Burnout.

Try adjusting your approach to work / life to a more sustainable, and ideally, enjoyable balance.

Should I take this role?
Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)
