I read this response to a hospital CEO and want to replicate it:
"1. We are at war, and doctors and healthcare workers are on the frontlines, risking their lives, and the lives of their families; in a time of war, would society find it acceptable to cut soldiers’ pay?
2. We have never shared in hospital profits, but are the first in line to share in its losses.
Going forward will we be profit sharing in good years?
3. If we have finances to give out pips (physician incentive programs) in April of 2021, can we just give everyone who provided patient care in 2020 maximum pip (not administration) and say “thank you” without jumping through any hoops?
4. Once we make up the lost revenue by working 6-7 days a week with extended hours and the government bails you out, will we get paid back the money that was taken away?"
Based off of productivity? This just right during a time when we're more stressed than ever. And probably while the administrators continue to make their 💰. This post was from earlier this week.
