I thought I nailed my final-round interview, but I've heard nothing back after two weeks. I'm feeling so disappointed and need to move on. If a company ghosts you after the last interview, do you ask for closure? I don't want to mess up this chance, but I also need an answer.

I need to talk with a teacher about inappropriate behavior some parents are complaining that she has in the classroom. How do I approach this without accusing her or making her feel ambushed?

I have a friend who just started a new job-went from a big ad agency to a small start up. The boss at the new job wants to create the company website to show generic work. No actual clients, just work with made up company names. They have many clients that they work with-but won’t show them online. I have never heard of this? Why would someone do that? Isn’t it counterproductive to show fake companies and work? How can they discourage their boss that’s not a good idea without offending them?

From reading a number of books and listening to a number of podcasts about starting a business, one underlying factor they all share is to have deep passion for what you do. How do you know what your passion is? I mean I think a lot about golf but i don’t think that’s a passion. It’s my hobby. I think most people just know.
