If you’re just doing m&a there, do you still get the same advantages when trying to go in house as compared to m&a from another firm?

It never occurred to me that my happiness my skyrocket if I switch groups (instead of leaving PwC altogether) until my PPD said he was considering it and wanted to take ppl from our team with him 🤔

I keep hiring sales people who are super enthusiastic and overpromising on what they deliver. I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. We experienced sales people are asking for a base and commission but I’m scared that I’ll end up having a base and the same thing will end up happening. What am I doing wrong?

I am expecting an offer going from client coordinator to clinical qa manager. I am struggling to find a market value for this position. This is on Long Island. When looking up qa manager positions I am coming up with 125k-160k, but this would be my first management role and I only make 50k currently. I have been invited to move up to the junior partner level in my mid-sized insurance defense/medical malpractice defense firm, but the terms essentially make me an independent contractor. What does your firm's junior partner track look like? I have been offered 50% of all income brought in, but I have to deal with my own insurance, pay all my own benefits, and handle my own insurance. Is this normal?

So I keep applying for leadership roles (supervisor and manager level). Keep making it to final interviews and I am not chosen. The feedback I get is they were very impressed with my interviews and they forward my resume to there colleagues for another leadership opportunity and I end up with the same results. They do include that they went with someone that had mgmt experience. The emails aren’t generic I may add. However I am not sure what else I can do to land a spot? Thoughts please!
