Can you tell which is better to go for ? Is it Worth of doing online MBA, as i am currently 15 LPA package with 3.5 years of experience?

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year.
