I want to take 2-3 months sabbatical leave from HCL, just want to take some time off (loss of pay is fine), what is the way to approach this? As I am on client project. I am not in a hurry, can take say 6 months down the line also.

How to approach this? Any idea? Anyone has taken such leave?

Has anyone heard or experienced going on maternity leave, then leaving shortly after returning? I'm hearing from my husband's company if he takes pat leave, and leaves shortly after returning, he'd have to repay the wages paid while out on leave. Is this only for pat leave and the person who gives birth wouldn't have to pay back as it's technically disability pay?
