Then Hr explained me and said dw we ll be moving ahead with your profile and we told them that we don't have policy to revoke offer like that.
Also, she said that I sent the manger the list of onboarding of 2 persons including you and she was okay with it. But I am fearful. Will it be okay to join there now?

So if they had a policy to revoke then your offer letter would have been revoked. Seems like there's no option for the manager to not make you join the company and hence allowing you to join. It's better not to join them.
Why didn’t you check with the Recruiting HR first
It was sunday and next day i had joining so I had no choice and there is no team there she was the only point of contact

Who would want to hire a trouble maker. That might be the Sr. Managers view.
You could join in these conditions- if the senior manager is not going to be your reporting manager / if she is from a different department. The reason why she escalated depends on type of questions that you may have asked. Hope she didn’t realise / thought that you are being paid way too much. Sometimes managers do this out of insecurity or if they see you as a threat
Ok that’s sad. She could influence your manager to get back at you. It’s a tricky thing - inspite if she objecting the HR is going ahead with the candidature says a lot. She could be a regular complainer sort of a thing, we never know. But she could playa role in your career path in the company. Consider other offers, if you have any..

I can understand author was in desperate situation, but this is corporate world people would care less about others.
He/she made look themself as annoying... bad luck and bad decision
You should join, and let the HR and the reporting manager know that all your doubts regarding the company is resolved now after talking to some of the company to-be-colleagues.
And you must portray that you feel more confident after clarifying all your doubts. And look forward to a great work environment.
And and maintain a low-key for a month.. avoid all kinds of stuff that will draw attention towards you
