We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble. Likewise, if we permit this song, I assume we cannot compel attendance to the talent show. The talent show is part of a lunch thing.

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. So I was tagged in QA role in my current company even though I come from development background. I asked for release but been 8 months now and I’ve resigned. So now I took trainings online and was able to clear one interview but that company is not very reputed but they deploy the resources to deloitte and we have to work with deloitte. They are giving me 110% hike. Now my last working day is 19th and I need to decide soon. I also have another offer but the role and ..tbc in comments

Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.
Anyway, i need hike for personal reasons.

Is it good to switch from product based company to service based company if I'm offered with good hike? How much can i demand?
