I wanted to know if there is any extra perks to “seniors” as compared to analysts in kgs?

Hello friends ..got a decent offer as Sr PM from ePAM systems US. Appreciate if you guys have any thoughts or feedback to share. I know everything has it’s own negatives & positives. Only thought that’s concerning me are the roots of the company ( hope you know what I mean ) but the company has been doing great of late & the growth story has been outstanding.. I will appreciate if you can share your experiences & if you have any insights which can help me decide .. Thanks!

Fellow P&T Directors - here’s a thread for us to discuss what we are hearing/not hearing with regards to PCLDE and the making of new partners in P&T.

On every call, we hear Joe talk about making new Partners and his commitment. I have yet to see any of those ‘commitments’ be reflected in actions or explanations. (eg. No senior directors from commercial GTM going into PCLDE this year …) What?

Do they really think we’re going to ‘stick around’ until they ‘figure it out’ …
