Is AVP a good title for 9 YOE or VP ?

Rising Star
In GTM, I believe it’s most based on progression / readiness. I think the business case still needs to support more headcount at that role, but largely is based on readiness.
In some cases, it’s a different role especially for people leaders. But also that any level changes will require you to be completed against different folks so expectations definitely change.
