I would be moderately honest. I'm not their direct supervisor, so it's not really my responsibility to know they're full performance or to give thorough critiques. Especially if I have to work with this person frequently. That's what their direct supervisor's for.
You make a very good point that others haven't yet! I do have to work with them OFTEN so what I say will matter and could change the dynamic if it's too brutal.... and you're right, I'm not their boss so it's not my place to comment on their performance. Thank you for the reminder - I'll frame my perspective as their colleague.
Depends on how nice he treats his subordinates. Lol. I can be really honest but I can also give a little consideration. Again, depends on how he is as a director to his subordinates.
This one's tough for me to know since I'm not their boss and their team is too large.
