I was done HR discussion at HCL and I was told that I will be getting offer letter within 1 or 2 days post approvals. My notice period is just 20 days. It’s been 3 days since HRD has happened and I have given 23rd Feb as joining day and today is 3rd feb. When can I expect the offer letter?

In the last PDM town hall, they said they were going to lower utilization targets for those that work on projects with capped hours. For those people, have you seen your utilization target lowered? I haven’t seen shit change for me.

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
