I was fired from a top MNC where I was working as a Software Developer with 7.5 LPA CTC where I was a direct campus hire after completing 1 year 3 months . And then I got offer from another small company. On the next day after leaving that MNC started working for the second one. But here the salary is only 4 LPA. Now I completed 5 months here and my experience is 1 year 8 months now. So I am searching for other job opportunities. My tech stack is Java, vert.x, Springboot, DB2, PostgreSQL.

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co.
